Investment Management
We continue to diversify our clients into areas previously only available to the ultra wealthy. Beginning six years ago we began to offer real estate opportunities. Today we offer an array of excellent investment opportunities outside of the stock market. Stay tuned for several upcoming first quarter opportunities. In addition, we own interests in two local banks for client’s who qualify for these investments. Each appreciated more than 30% this year. Our core holdings, The S&P500 Index and Berkshire Hathaway appreciated 15% and 24% respectively.

Net Worth Measurement
We began introducing clients to a free service that links all assets and liabilities summarizing their Total Net Worth. With a click of a mouse your net worth is immediately updated. Since Lakeside believes that net worth growth is the key to long term financial success we believe this will become one of the most valuable tools investors have been offered in years. This tool surpasses any offered by the world’s largest bank and brokerage firms. Wealth Administration
For those clients with complicated finances, we have entered into an agreement with an exceptional bill payment service at a discounted rate. I have personally used their service for some time and am very pleased. Let us know if you would like to hear more.
